Die Hack & Make 2026 findet vom Sa 31.10. bis Mo 02.11.2026 parallel zur Erfindermesse iENA in der Halle 4 statt.
Eintrittskarten gelten für alle parallel stattfindenden Messen.
Wir freuen uns auf technisch und vielseitig interessiertes Fach-Publikum genauso wie auf das das breite Publikum der Consumenta (31.10. - 8.11.)

Am Samstagabend gibt es nach dem Messetag eine gemütliche Aftershow-Party in unserem Fablab (Schwabacher Str. 512a).

Dann melde Deinen eigenen Stand an!

Ein Stand ist eine fest geplante Fläche, welche Dir zur Präsentation bereitsteht. Stände werden je 2m Front (die Seite zu einem Gang) gerechnet. 

Für größere Stände erhöhen sich die Preise entsprechend - je nach Verfügbarkeit, auf Anfrage.

Werden mehr als 500W Strom benötigt, sind ein bis mehrere 3KW-Anschlüsse möglich - zum Preis der Messe, in 2024 ca. 250,- €+ 19 % MwSt.


Der Stand soll thematisch zur Hack & Make passen.
Wir behalten uns vor, Stand-Anmeldungen, die nicht zu uns passen, abzulehnen.

 

Preise

Wir teilen Aussteller in vier Kategorien ein und es fallen folgende Gebühren für einen Stand an:

Non-Profit

  • kostenlos
  • 2m Frontlänge (mehr nach Absprache),
  • geplant/voraussichtlich: 1 bis mehrere Biertisch-Garnituren (1 Tisch ca. 2,00 * 0,40 m, 2 Bänke)
  • Messetische für je (bald) € und Messestühle für je (bald) €  zzgl. 19 % MwSt
  • Stromanschluss (Schutzkontakt-Steckdose bis max. 500W)
  • 2 Aussteller-Tickets
  • für Einzelpersonen, Bildungseinrichtungen, gemeinnützige Organisationen
  • Kein Verkauf!
  • größerer Stand nach Absprache möglich. Ggf. müssen anfallende Kosten (z. B. für weitere Tische oder Tickets) verrechnet werden (ohne Aufschlag).

NP Sale

  • 100,- € (inkl. 19% MwSt)
  • 4m Frontlänge (mehr nach Absprache)

  • Stromanschluss (Schutzkontakt-Steckdose bis max. 500W)
  • 4 Aussteller-Tickets (1 pro m Frontlänge)
  • für Unternehmen mit weniger als 10 Mitarbeitern

Commercial

  • 900,- € (zzgl. 19% MwSt)
  • 6m Frontlänge
  • weitere Frontlänge in 2m-Schritten, je 2m für 100,- zzgl. 19 % MwSt
  • geplant/voraussichtlich: 3 bis mehrere Biertisch-Garnituren (1 Tisch ca. 2,00 * 0,40 m, 2 Bänke)
  • Messetische für je (bald) € und Messestühle für je (bald) €  zzgl. 19 % MwSt
  • Logo auf digitalen Infotafeln
  • Stromanschluss (Schutzkontakt-Steckdose bis max. 500W)
  • 6 Aussteller-Tickets (1 pro m Frontlänge)
  • für Unternehmen allgemein

Auf- und Abbau

  • Info folgt.
  • Zeiten letztes Jahr (2025)
    • Aufbau erfolgt am Vortag der Messe, also Freitag, den 31.10.2025 von 08:00 bis 18:00 Uhr - letzte Einfahrt 16:00 Uhr.
      • Donnerstag auch möglich: 8-18 Uhr.
      • Samstag den 01.11. Einlass für Aussteller ab  8:00 Uhr - keine Einfahrt in die Halle.
      • Sonntag 02.11 und Montag 03.11. Einlass für Aussteller ab 9:00 Uhr - keine Einfahrt in die Halle.
    • Abbau erfolgt unmittelbar nach Ende der Messe, also am Montag, 03.11.2025 ab 18:00 Uhr bis spätestens 21:00 Uhr)
    • Parken unmittelbar an der Halle, nur für Auf- und Abbau gegen Kaution von Bar 100€ (an der Schranke) - binnen 60 min müssen PKW die Schranke wieder verlassen, für LKW ist die Frist 3h.

The Hack & Make 2026 takes place from Saturday, October 31st until Monday, November 2nd 2026 together with the inventor's fair IENA in hall 4 during the Consumenta.

Tickets for Hack&Make are valid for all fairs at the Consumenta (31.10. - 8.11.)

We are looking forward to welcome visitors.

At Saturday there will be an aftershow party for all Hack & Make exhibitors at the Fab Lab (Schwabacher Str. 512a).

Join and participate

You want to engage at the Hack & Make? Register your own booth!

A booth is your area to present your idea / company / ... It is counted in meters along the corridor, every 2m. A bigger booth is usually possible on request, for additional costs - depending on availability. 

Power per booth is planned with 500 W. If you need more power there are options up to 3 kW, price depends on the fair, 2024 was 250,- € plus 19% VAT.

set-up / tear-down

  • Conditions 2025: 
    • set-up on Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (last car entry into area 16:00)
    • Saturday access for exhibitors at 08:00 (no cars allowed inside hall)
    • Sunday access for exhibitors at 09:00 (no cars allowed inside hall)
    • tear-down on Monday 18:00 - 21:00
    • access with cars for set-up/tear-down for a cash deposit of 100 €
      • cars need to leave/reenter before 1h passed
      • trucks need to leave/reenter before 3 h passed
